What did I do before the Cricut? LOL. This is a bulletin board that my co-teacher and I did today. We are going to have the kids make up the rest of the story. Should be quite interesting.

It took a couple days, but here it is. The Sweetwater Christmas Countdown. I am putting things to do on it. Bake cookies, Decorate a tree for animals (we have birds, deer, etc.) I am still working on that part. Coming up with 24 is kind of hard.

I hope everyone had a great Turkey Day. It was great to spend time with my family. I am hating to see this 4 day weekend come to a close. Black Friday (I was off for a change) was good to me. I had built up enough store credit to buy a Cricut Personal Cutter. So now I have little die cut letters and saying all over my scraproom.
The Cricut has brought a room overhaul, I have been sifting through my messes and purging down.
I forgot to take pictures of the latest stuff I took to the store, so I'll have to go up there and snap some shots.
I did finish my Sweetwater Christmas countdown. I'll post that later.

This morning Art called me into the living room. He was watching this beautiful creature outside our picture window. I only got one shot, when I was trying to get a closer picture he flew off. I am thinking it is a Cooper's Hawk, but waiting to hear if I'm right.

Are you interested in stamps/stamping? I am currently having a Stampin' Up catalog party. If you are interested let me know. As of right now I am planning on closing on the 20th of November, but could make exceptions!
What a weekend. We did some chores outside and got everything ready for the coming cold. We had a little fun with the leaves. I LOVE Fall and I am sorry to see it coming to an end soon. Not sure I'm ready for Christmas just yet.
Here is a cute little bucket I did for the store. The papers are Deja Views. I was going for a not so cutesy look. (We have to get the guys into it somehow) LOL!

The blog is up for Scrapbook Factory YAY!http://www.scrapbookfactory.blogspot.com
I'm going to try to stay on top of it as best I can. I do know that there is so BIG news coming! Keep your eye out!

I thought these turned out so cute. I made these little invitations for Reed's 3rd birthday party. I LOVE when I can use up some scraps and make something cute. This will be the first party he gets to invite a couple friends from school.
This is another purse from Creative Imaginations BE Line. The pp is 3 Bugs in a Rug, a little Making Memories paint and some ribbon.
This is a puzzle from the BE Line. I don't know if you can tell that by the picture. It is all Bohemia by My Minds Eye. I piece of paper, a frame and some rub-ons. I waited to do this one last thinking it was going to be the hardest, when in fact the purse was. I was trying something new and funky, which isn't my style. But I like to challenge myself and try new things once in a while. Thanks for looking!

This is another one of those boards from Creative Imaginations BE Line. The paper is Deja Views and Making Memories paint.

Another one from the BE Line. This frame was so much fun to make. The paper is American Traditional Designs.
This tree has been sitting in my scraproom for about a month and a half. Waiting. It has been waiting for the perfect paper. I finally found it with the new Basic Grey Fruitcake line. A little Tim Holtz ink and tada! I am Loving it!!!! Now I am on the look out for the perfect redish paper for the base.

Persistance pays off sometimes, lol. Decided to try it one more time and look it works. WOOHOO. Reed was Woody from Toy Story this year. I think he liked the hat the best. We left work after the party. Came home and carved pumpkins. Unfortunately the pictures weren't very good of those.
Looks like I am having technical difficulties today. Won't let me load pictures. I have some new design team stuff and some cute Halloween pictures of Reed. I'll check back later and see if I can get them up. In the process of reorganizing the scraproom. (It is a disaster area right now)
Found this quote while I was cleaning that I thought I would share. "Creativity comes from a desire to express the true self" by Gloria Steinem.
Hope you are having a great day.

I am completely obessed with Heidi Swapp lately. I got her class book from Creative Escapes and there was this clock they made. I just HAD to have one, and here it is. I LOVE IT!!
Got some more fun projects . This first one is an address book from Traditions Studio. You can decorate or slide a picture in. The paper and tags are Basic Grey.
I figured I could put some tags on the inside to put your name and address in case it gets lost or just little notes.

Here is an adorable clipboard. The clipboard is Melissa Frances, papers and Elmo character are EK Success.
Another from the BE Line from Creative Imaginations. This is a wine holder. Paper, Bo Bunny; Ink, Tim Holtz
Thanks for looking!

I wanted to post these the other day, but was having some technical difficulties. Some more yummy stuff for the Fall Festival. It was a success we raised over $500.00. (which is a record for us) It keeps getting better each year.

MUHAHAHAHAHAHA! I just finished my pumpkin for the Fall Festival at work. The teachers are challenged to decorate a pumpkin and the kids and parents get to vote.

I LOVE this little case!! It is SO cute. The papers are My Minds Eye, Ribbon:May Art, Crystal:Westrim.

I noticed on Tammy's blog that she is having problems with people snatching her pictures off of her blog. Eventhough I'm not as big as her (I can say that I'm her stalker :) lol ) I thought it might be smart to start marking some of my things. This is a new DT project. The clutch is from Creative Imaginations, BE line. The paper is Cosmo Cricket. I thought it turned out adorable.
Since I am stuck home with a swollen face (I refuse to leave the house) from my oral surgery I have been trying to get some projects done. This little box is for the Fall Festival at work on Tuesday. Due to the glare you can't see where it says Sweet Angel. Aren't all these tags AWESOME??? I had to brag about the ladies that I swap with. I am on an online swap group called Swappin' Divas (MSN Group) This was two of the swaps that I just got. (small tags and large tags) I am loving these ladies and all the hard work they put into their creations.

Here is the other set that I did from Creative Imaginations. (They also have family, love, travel, create and I think a few others.) I'll look next time I am there.

PP: My Mind's Eye, Flowers:Prima and MME, Ribbon: May Art, Paint and brads: Making Memories, Buttons. You can't tell but in the bottom picture there are brads in the centers of all the flowers of the G. I thought it made it cute.
Here are my first projects for the design team. This is the new BE line by Creative Imaginations. I loved how I was able to make 2 different projects out of one board.
PP: Basic Grey, Lily Kate; Flowers: Prima; Ribbon:May Arts; Letter Stickers: Provo Craft; Paint:Making Memories
The clothespin was a fun project. I made the slide with chipboard and covered it. PP: Basic Grey, LilyKate; Paint: Making Memories; Letter Stickers: Provo Craft; Ribbon: May Art
Sorry for the bad picture, I had to shoot it at the store since I forgot to take a picture before I turned it in. All the same PP, Ribbon, Stickers. The tag is a stamp from Stampin' Up that says: A baby is cuddles and tickles on toes. The sweet scent of powder and a kiss on the nose.

Wanted to add some new Halloween stuff I have been working on. Hopefully I will have some time this weekend to sit down and get some other stuff finished up. I got the email today that I have been accepted to the design team at the Scrapbook Factory in O'Fallon. I am SO excited!
Saw a similar pumpkin in the Paper Trends magazine by Lisa Dorsey and thought it was beautiful. So here is my version. Went to Michael's and picked up a craft pumpkin (Currently on sale, even better!) I used papers from KI Memories, Reminisce, BoBunny. Some Liquitex acrylic gel medium and Viola! A wonderful fall creation. I am still on a search for the perfect ribbon for a bow on top.
This little sign I also got at Michael's (yes, on sale also) The papers are from Around the Block, the stickers are Making Memories, inked the edges with some Tim Holtz. Thanks for checking it out!

Is this not the MOST ADORABLE little monster you ever did see? Yeah I think so too. I shot these the other day when we were having picture day at work. The lady went off to talk to the boss and since Reed was already climbing all over the table I sat him down and finished off the roll. You just gotta love him.

There has been a little helper in my room this weekend. He is getting so good with scissors. He is ahead of most of the kids in his class.
Another spooky Halloween card. I love love love this holiday! Paper Heidi Grace
I decided to try something new. So here is my very first matchbook card. Paper Junkitz, Flower and brad: Making Memories, Staples: Fastenator - Thank you I have decided that I need to figure out a way to incorporate his beautiful paintings into my pages or make him another mini book. He LOVES to get into my supplies. He is so creative. I can say with pride. HE GOT THAT FROM ME, LOL.
The rain has come WOOHOO. We need it. I have to think about getting ready to head out. Wish me luck!
